I've tried over and over, with food and then just plain water, and can't get the rocker to rock. Everytime I use it, it behaves somewhat differently. Seems like the silicone gasket isn't sealing correctly, though I've tried oiling it (and not). It's my first pressure cooker, so maybe it's just me. I have a childhood memory of the rocker wobbling back and forth and after many tries this week, that's still all it is, a distant memory. Doesn’t work right
